Repair facilities program

The repair facilities program ensures ICBC and participants in the collision repair program, glass repair program, or both commit to working cooperatively to establish an effective and efficient business relationship that benefits their mutual customers. Participation in either program is voluntary for either collision or glass repair facilities that meet and maintain the program requirements and sign the Collision Repair Program Agreement.
