Policy on glass claims and the transfer of vehicle ownership.

Policy

Glass claims are permitted only:

  • if reported by the registered owner of the vehicle or their representative at the time of the loss , and
  • while the registered owner still owns the vehicle.

Glass claims are not authorized once vehicle ownership has been transferred.

Note: The new registered owner cannot present a glass claim behalf of the previous registered owner.
