When this applies
Personnel at a collision repair facility must document issues and contact ICBC before beginning any repairs when vehicle damage is not consistent with the reported loss type.
Procedure

Select Requires Review from My Templates within the 01 Standard group in Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE).

When estimate is committed, Estimate Advisor will run and an explanation such as
Damage appears to be inconsistent with loss type, please advise
is required.

In Mitchell Connect
- add the estimate, and
- upload images.

Select Escalate for additional review by ICBC.

Send estimate to ICBC for approval.
Note: An ICBC estimator may contact the collision repair facility to discuss the claim damages.
