Requirements for parts suppliers when supplying parts to repair facilities for ICBC claims.
Requirements
Parts suppliers must follow ICBC requirements when supplying recycled parts on ICBC claims, otherwise they may be subject to removal from the approved list of suppliers.

Delivery time and schedules |
Note: The recycled parts supplier must try to reduce this time whenever possible. Delays that impact Loss of Use (LOU) or Alternative Transportation Service (ATS) should be considered when selecting the most cost effective part. A line remark supporting the decision is acceptable.

Visual inspection | The recycled parts supplier must visually inspect the part(s) prior to delivering them to the repair facility. |
Concerns from repair facility response time | The recycled parts supplier must respond to the repair facility regarding any concerns within one business day of the time they were notified of the concern. Note: Recycled parts supplier must research the availability of the recycled part from other suppliers with the approval of the repair shop when they cannot supply a part listed.
