Policy on using ICBC proprietary marks

ICBC’s proprietary marks are for the exclusive use of ICBC itself. ICBC has sole discretion in allowing other organizations to use the marks.

The provision of a supplier number is not:

• an authorization to use
  • ICBC’s proprietary marks
  • the term approved, or
• a certification or approval by the Corporation of the supplier’s business.

Consequences of misuse

Any misuse of these marks and terms may result in denial

• or revocation of a supplier number, or
• of participation in the collision repair program or glass repair program.
