Standards of performance
Aftermarket parts suppliers must meet the following standards of performance, and all general standards of performance:
| Requirement | Standard of performance |

| Price guarantee | Aftermarket parts pricing listed on the Estimate or Appraisal form must be used by the listed part supplier for a period of 30 days from the date the estimate was written. |
| Parts availability | All aftermarket parts listed in the Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) database must be readily available within 24 hours. |
Note: Parts pricing on the estimate may be below retail pricing but not below parts suppliers or participants cost.
