Overhaul on a vehicle

Definition

Overhaul is an operation that an estimator does on an individual part to allow for replacement or repairs on a vehicle. This includes disassembly and reassembly of the part.

When an overhaul to a part is required on a vehicle, the overhaul amount is applied to the Estimate or Appraisal form.
