Refinish allowance
Refinish allowances apply to pinchwelds as follows when:
- pinchwelds are unavoidably damaged by sill clamps, an allowance per side for spot refinishing applies, and
- there is a need to weld braces or drill holes, judgement time is allowed to refinish these areas.
