Summary of change
Three new billable fees are being introduced that can be applied to certain claims regarding processing total losses, accepting towed-in vehicles, and repair planning and file documentation.
These fees are subject to adherence to estimating guidelines and program requirements outlined in the Collision Repair Program Guide and the MD Procedures Manual. All fees apply to any work in progress or work yet to be performed, as of December 14th, 2022.
