Add destructive weld test to an estimate

Steps to apply a destructive weld test to an estimate.

Prerequisites

A welded component requires replacement.

When this applies

The repair facility is required to perform a destructive weld test when replacing a weld on body component.

Procedure

Navigate to the repair estimate in Mitchell Cloud Estimating.
  1. Click the parts icon.
  2. Select the ICBC My Templates group, then 01 STANDARD.
  3. Select DESTRUCTIVE WELD TEST.
    Important: The operation is applied as the default time of 0.5 hours per applicable claim and must not be adjusted.
