Summary of change

ICBC will be including the listing of ICBC pre-priced parts as a supplier in Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) for repair estimates. Primarily mechanical parts, this listing contains a median price for commonly used aftermarket parts. Program participants can buy these parts from the supplier of their choice using the supplied ICBC rate.

ICBC now allows aftermarket Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) sensors to be put on ICBC repair estimates, provided they are Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) certified or CAPA Tier 1 verified parts.

Aftermarket parts specification and Aftermarket part sources standards have been combined into a single topic Standards of performance on aftermarket parts. Aftermarket part sources standards will now be Heavy equipment aftermarket parts.
