A Vehicle Licensing Fee (VLF) and Energy Recovery Fee of $0.57 per transaction day is permitted in addition to the above rates. A winter tire fee of $12.00 per transaction day is charged for vehicle rentals where winter tires are required. Three-peak mountain snowflake symbol winter tires are only available in Salmon Arm. Unlimited kilometres for all passenger vehicles. (Vehicles denoted by an asterisk (*) in the tables above are limited to 200 kilometres included per day with a charge of $0.30 per additional kilometre per day.)
