Customer requests for very large vehicles

Sometimes, a customer will request a very large vehicle; that is, a vehicle in a class above a large pickup.

Standard Enterprise branches provide trucks up to 1/2 ton in size. For larger vehicles, Enterprise Truck branches carry 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton, and larger GVW vehicles. There are five Enterprise Truck locations in British Columbia (B.C.).

If a customer requires a vehicle in a class above a large pickup, claims staff advise the customer to contact their preferred rental provider in their area to determine if the provider can assist meeting their rental vehicle needs.
