Spot refinishing

Spot refinishing occurs when a repair facility does not need to refinish an entire part. Mitchell Cloud Estimating (MCE) provides a comprehensive list of refinish times. Where a full refinish time is not required, the estimator must make and apply a judgment allowance.

Where spot refinishing is to be done, a reasonable time must be specified in consideration of the actual spot refinish operation being performed.
