Warranty
The warranty on an alternative part depends upon the type of part utilized.
The warranty for each type of part is presented in the table.

General limit of warranty
The parts supplier is not responsible for failure due to- improper installation
- accident
- misuse
- abuse, or
- improper maintenance.

Failure during warranty period
Where a failure occurs to a part within the applicable warranty period, the parts supplier must- replace the part, or
- refund the purchase price of that part to the repair facility that
- purchased the part, or
- replaced the defective part
- freight, and
- all reasonable labour charges for removal and replacement, and where applicable, refinishing.
