Rental vehicle rates for preferred suppliers
Most locations in B.C. have a preferred rental vehicle provider who has an agreement with ICBC to offer advantageous rates, benefits, and services in exchange for ICBC marketing their service to customers.
In most cases, the rates from the preferred provider for a location will be the best available to the customer, relative to the rental rates of non-preferred suppliers in that location. Even where it is not, the ICBC representative should encourage the customer to use the preferred supplier.
