Glass facilities who access the Glass Web Express (GWE) manage a glass claim differently when the GWE is unavailable.
When this applies
When GWE is unavailable to process a glass claim for customers who have reported their damage directly to a facility.

Confirms customer information is correct for
- vehicle plate
- vehicle information number (VIN)
- vehicle registration number
- date of loss (DOL)
- cause of damage, and
- applicable taxes (GST and PST).
