Invoicing structure of the preferred supplier agreement between ICBC and Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Under direct rental invoicing, vehicle availability is guaranteed with no-charge vehicle size upgrades, from Economy up to Standard SUV class, when the appropriate vehicle size is unavailable.

Exception: All Large SUV vehicle classes and above will require 24 hours' notice to guarantee availability.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car will

accept vehicle returns any time within a calendar day with no additional charges
ensure the majority of all Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations have after-hours key drop boxes
guarantee a half tank of fuel for all rentals
permit renters to travel to the USA with the rental vehicle, and
provide
- a pick-up and drop-off service to the renter at no charge within 50 kilometres of an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location
- toll-free roadside assistance
- unlimited kilometres for all categories, and
- hand control vehicles upon request with 48 hours' notice.

Additional fees include

$0.50 per kilometre pick-up and delivery fee when outside of a 50-kilometre radius from an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, and
$12 per day for winter tire authorization may be required at available locations and vehicle classes when auto approval does not apply.
Note: Winter tires is an auto approved charge for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Northern B.C. rental rates, Select Southern Interior rental rates, and Central Interior and Cariboo rental rates between October 1 and April 30.
